Hyderabad, July 27: Tollywood Classic director Sukumar scored a shattering hit with Rangasthalam and the top director is now in very much demand.

Sukumar has been testing his luck as a writer and producer whenever he finds the time. Sukumar penned the script for Kumari 21F and he produced the film on his own banner. While introducing Akhil, Sukumar's name too was considered but the project did not materialize.

According to the latest rumors, it is believed that Sukumar and Akhil will soon team up.

Sukumar penned an interesting script that impressed Nag and Akhil. However, Sukumar will not direct the film and he will co-produce this film along with Nagarjuna.

The director of the film will be decided soon. Akhil is currently busy working for Venky Atluri's next and an official announcement about Sukumar's project is awaited.

Sukumar is busy with multiple films and he will soon direct Mahesh Babu in his next.
