Director Mani Ratnam hospitalized

Chennai, July 26: In a shocking incident to Indian Fans as legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam has been admitted to a private hospital on Thursday (July 26) after complaining of massive chest pain.

In this regard, Doctors are treating him and he is said to be in a stable condition, according to reports.

The legendary filmmaker who has made iconic movies like 'Thalapathy', 'Nayagan', 'Bombay' and 'Roja.

Close friends of Mani Ratnam, several actors and directors, are visiting him at the hospital.

However, Mani Ratnam's PRO has maintained that he visited the hospital for a regular health check-up. More details about the director's health are still awaited.

Mani Ratnam was busy with the post production works of his upcoming film 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam' starring Vijay Sethupathi, Simbu, Arvind Swamy and Arun Vijay in the lead.
