Ranbir Kapoor to Munna Bhai - making video

Hyderabad, July 11: Bollywood Film Sanju has been doing a great business at the Indian Box Office. Sanju is the Biopic of Bollywood Super Star Sanjay Dutt. The Film has garnered the immense response from all the fans and critics.

The film has raked towards 300 crore club, One of the best sequences in the Rajkumar Hirani directorial involves Ranbir playing Sanjay's iconic role of Munna Bhai. But, it wasn't easy for Ranbir to get into the big shoes of Sanjay.



Sanjay Dutt's Munna Bhai is not just one of his career-best performances, it is also one of the most loved characters in Bollywood. Hence, Ranbir had to not just get his hair and makeup right but even the little nuances, as every scene and mannerism of the character is etched in the memory of fans.

Meanwhile, in the video, Ranbir reveals why playing Munna Bhai on the big screen was a humongous challenge for him.

"Munna Bhai is one of my favourite looks and one of my favourite films. This is amazing. I don't think I could ever create such an iconic character. But it feels great that there is a little part that I can emulate."

Sanju has been declared a blockbuster and is inching towards Rs 300 crore mark, breaking several records. The biopic also stars Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor among others.
