Tollywood: New film poster released

Hyderabad, July 09: Starlet Eesha Rebba, who was last seen in Ami Thumi, has been signed on to play the female lead in a new film Brand Babu. The film directed by renowned television presenter Prabhakar has story and screenplay by director Maruthi.

In this regard, The title poster of ‘Brand Babu’ is launched on Sunday. Director Maruthi has provided the script for this flick and is also presenting it.

The title poster carries "…and his 'MAID'en love story” as tagline which reveals the plot of the film. It's going to be an exciting role and Esha plays a spirited girl,” reveals a source.

Produced under the umbrella of Maruthi Talkies, the film features Kannada producer Shailendra Babu’s son Sumanth Babu in the lead.

Actor Murali Sharma is playing a crucial role in this flick and Pujitha Ponnada, Raja Ravindra, Satyam Rajesh and Saikumar P will be seen in supporting roles.

The film's shooting is in final stages and the makers are planning to release the teaser very soon. Jeevan Babu (JB) is composing music and Karthik Palani is handling the cinematography.

On the other hand, she is roped for the upcoming NTR's Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava film.

Eesha is thrilled with the assignment and she signed the film on spot. Trivikram was impressed with her performance in Ami Tumi and signed her for the role of the second female lead after he felt that she would be apt.

This would be her first big budget film. Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava is being shot without breaks as Trivikram is keen on releasing the film during Dasara. SS Thaman is composing the music and Haarika & Hassine Creations are producing this big-budget family entertainer. The first look poster received a thumping response from the audience.
