'Nenu Local' actor's next filmy updates

Hyderabad, Jul 03: Tollywood Hero Naveen Chandra, who impressed one and all as a cop in 'Nenu Local' last year and also famous for 'Andala Rakshasi', is gearing up for his next solo act in a film will be helmed by 'Adda' helmer GS Karthik who has recently wrapped up his second film 'Voter', starring Manchu Vishnu.

"It is a Hyderabad-set romantic thriller which will address film piracy and will go on floors on Wednesday. Naveen was moved when Karthik narrated him the script and decided that it'd be his next solo venture. Malayalam actress Gayathri Suresh is on board to romance him," said a source and added that Naveen will join the sets on day one itself.

"It'd be a busy month for him as he'd be shifting between the sets of this film and Trivikram's 'Aravinda Sametha Raghava'."

Bhargav will be producing the untitled venture which will have tunes by Anup Rubens.
