New Rs. 125 coin to be released!!

New Delhi, June 28: It is known that the Central Government had announced to celebrate statistician PC Mahalanobis birth anniversary on June 29 as a 'Statistical day' in the year 20017.
On this occasion, the Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu will be releasing new Rs. 125 coin along Rs. 5 coin on PC Mahalanobis 125th birth anniversary which will be held tomorrow.
The government has been organizing this day every year to provide a sense of social and economic planning and the importance of policy creation.
The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) of Calcutta, Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation will be jointly conducting the PC Mahalanobis birth anniversary celebrations tomorrow.
