Telangana updates: Hyderabad ranks 3rd

Hyderabad, June 07: The Hyderabad city has recorded in sound pollution, not just in air pollution. Hyderabad ranks number 3rd in the list of sound polluted metropolitan cities, according to reports.

From this aspect, The city traffic police officials said the campaign was taken to reduce the sound pollution. He also said that he would take strict action against those who will remove the silencing and drive the bike. Suggesting that the horns should not blow unnecessarily on roads.

Talking to telecom companies, the officials said that they are decided to send messages to motorists' mobile phones to reduce the pollution.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), in 2017 Chennai had the maximum night sound levels followed by Lucknow, Kolkata and Mumbai.
