TDP Founder NTR birth anniversary: Family members paid rich tributes

Hyderabad, May 28: Rich tributes were paid to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh NT Rama Rao on the occasion of his 95th birth anniversary today.
Nara Bhuvaneswari, wife of AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh's wife Brahmani visited NTR Ghat in Hyderabad on Monday morning and offered floral tributes.
Nara Devansh, grandson of Chandrababu and son of Lokesh was also present.
NT Rama Rao's son Harikrishna also paid respects to the leader. He was accompanied by his sons, actors junior NTR and Kalyan Ram.
Several party leaders offered their tributes and raised slogans in support of NTR.
Born in 1923 in Krishna district of the coastal Andhra Pradesh, NTR was a legendary Telugu actor and created history by storming to power in 1983 in just nine months after forming TDP.
