According to the detaisl, An interesting event took place in Pathapatnam in Srikakulam district during Pawan kalyan tour. Pawan was speaking in the hot sun and a fan gave him an umbrella to protect him from the scorching hot sun. Pawan refused to use umbrella for himself and remarked, "While you all are facing the scorching heat, how can I have umbrella for myself."

He also stressed that," If you are sweating, let me also sweat. If you are hurt, I am also hurt. How can I feel comfortable if you are facing hardships".
