Kaala new Poster unveiled

Hyderabad, May 25: The makers of Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' have finally locked the release date of the film. 'Kaala' will now be hitting the screens on June 7.

Ahead of the release, the makers have now unveiled a new poster featuring Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi. Needless to say, the 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' actress looks ravishing as ever in the poster.

Sharing the poster on Twitter, Huma Qureshi wrote, "The only joy we get as actors is to play living breathing characters .. so blessed to have had the opportunity to play #Zareena Thank you @beemji for this and the one&only @rajinikanth #Kaala coming to theatres near you June 7th."

Reportedly, Huma plays a 45-year-old character named Zareena and will be seen romancing superstar Rajinikanth in 'Kaala'. If reports are anything to go by, the scenes with Huma and Rajinikanth are said to be one of the main highlights of the film.

Directed by Pa Ranjith, 'Kaala' is his second association with Rajinikanth after their blockbuster 'Kabali'. Reported to be a gangster flick, 'Kaala' is set in Mumbai and stars Nana Patekar, Huma Qureshi, Eswari Rao and Samuthirakani in important roles.

Produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films, 'Kaala' is expected to have a massive opening at the box-office. Santhosh Narayanan is in charge of the music department. 'Kaala' is simultaneously releasing in Hindi and Telugu.
