Mahanati in Bollywood?

Hyderabad, May 16: Tollywood Young director Nag Ashwin's dream project Mahanati, a biopic on legendary actress Savitri is getting a tremendous response from all corners of Film Industry.

According to the latest, it is coming out that Mahanati may soon go to Bollywood.

Here is the latest buzz is that Aditya Chopra is planning to dub the film into Hindi. A close friend of Aditya Chopra reveals "Adi shuns all offers of private screenings as he feels he cannot get a proper feel of the audience's reaction unless he is a part of the public. He slips in quietly for a regular show, makes hand-written notes during the screening, and slips out before he is recognised."

Buzz is he watched the film on Tuesday and loved it completely. Source added "He has expressed an interest in acquiring the dubbing rights to the film. Adi feels that the film should reach audiences pan-India. He would’ve loved to remake it in Hindi, but it is a film that renders well in the Tamil-Telugu cultural context."

Priyanka Dutt, co producer says,"We are definitely looking at a pan-India audience for Mahanati. And dubbing the film in Hindi is definitely one of our options. We are exploring various possibilities."

Mahanati starred Keerthy Suresh, Dulqer Salman, Samantha in lead roles.
