What Happening in Karnataka Elections Results?

Bangalore, May 15: In their bid to stop BJP from forming a government in Karnataka, JD(S) has accepted Congress' proposal of alliance, with Deve Gowda's son Kumaraswamy to be the chief minister of the proposed alliance government.

The counting of votes for 222 of the 224 Assembly seats is being carried out across at 58,546 polling stations at nearly 38 counting centers.

The JD(S) and Congress have approached the Governor with a letter of support to put forward their demand to form a government in the state.

With Karnataka heading for a hung assembly, the ball is now in the court of state governor Vajubhai Bala.

Even as the BJP emerged the single largest party in the state, it failed to cross the majic mark. The Congress, learning from its past mistakes in Manipur and Goa where it reacted late, sprung a surprise when it offered support to the JD(S).

Deve Gowda's party has accepted the offer of support and will stake claim to form the government in Karnataka.

Three Possible situations to CM Post:

The first chance is to give the BJP. Yeddyurappa will be given the order and the governor may order the trust of the House for a fixed time. However, the JDS-Congress leaders do not have much importance when it comes to calling them first. Prior to the elections, the alliance will be worth. The post-election meetings may not be taken into consideration. There are more opportunities for BJP to form the government.

The Janata Dal-Secular and the Congress members may nominate their names to the governor. The governor examined them may ask them to form a government. But there is no need to recall that unless the BJP refuses to form the government. But the governor's argument is that the newly formed governments should be stable and that they can accept their request

Janata Dal can not deny the possibilities of securing a BJP government with bjp support. Earlier we knew Kumaraswamy led the JD-BJP coalition government in 2006-07. This time it is possible to share the role of CM in the rotation process.
