Jana Sena, CPM and CPI launches Padayatra for SCS

Vijayawada, Apr 06: Lashing out at Centre for not giving special status to Andhra Pradesh, Jana Sena, CPM and the CPI will take out a padayatra from Benz Circle in Vijayawada at 10 AM on Friday.

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, CPM leader P Madhu and CPI secretary K Ramakrishna will lead the padayatra. The yatra would go up to Ramavarappadu, where a public meeting would be held. The three parties requested the people to cooperate with the parties as the issue was an important one. They called upon the people to bear with the inconvenience caused by the pada yatra.

The Jana Sena activists from Telangana too will stage protests on the National Highways and major junctions demanding fulfilling of all the promises made to Telangana at the time of the division.
