Delhi HC reserves order in KC bail

New Delhi Mar 16: The Delhi High Court on Friday has once granted relief for the Karti Chidambaram by reserving the order in bail plea in with INX Media case.

Meanwhile, Supreme Court gave interim protection to Karti from arrest in connection with the same case. He now cannot be arrested until March 26 by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Currently, KC is in judicial custody till March 24.Earlier he was arrested by CBI and the agency has said that he was uncooperative.

The extension comes as a relief to Karti after the probe agency on March 13 moved the apex court against the High Court order, which had granted him relief.
