Trouble for Robert Vadra ?

New Delhi Mar 13: The Trouble for Congress is Mounting as more and more corruption scandals are coming into light these days. The Supreme Court in a Judgement has quashed the Notification issued by Haryana Govt in 2007 for acquiring lands for establishing real estate firms and economic zones.

The apex court has said that "This was a malafide exercise of power and a fraud and notification was issued for helping builders acquire huge tracts of farmlands at prices much lower than market rates."

The Court has said that "these licenses of lands have been canceled and would be rested with Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation HSDIC".

The Court has also ordered the Punjab/ Haryana HC to decide the constitutional validity of Dhingra Commission report within 2 Months ".

The Commission had probed the controversial land dealings of Robert Vadra the son in law of Sonia Gandhi and has submitted a report but it was challenged by former Haryana Cheif Minister.

The apex court has also ordered CBI to fast-track the case pertaining to land dealings in Haryana.
