Colombo, Mar 13: Team India defeated Sri Lanka comprehensively by six wickets to continue their winning run in the Nidahas Twenty20 Tri-Series in Colombo on Monday.
earlier, India won the Toss and Elected to Bowl first and they restrict Sri Lanka to a moderate score 152/9.
indian Bowler Shardul Thakur (4/27) registered his best T20 bowling figures.
In reply. India overcame early jitters and rode on unbeaten knocks from Manish Pandey (42) and Dinesh Karthik (39) to overwhelm Sri Lanka's total with nine balls to spare.
