Rs.6300 crores Collections for Hollywood Movie

New Delhi, Mar 11: Black Panther, the first superhero film with a predominantly black cast, has passed the $1bn (6300 crores) mark at the worldwide box office.

Disney, which is behind the film, based the figure on ticket sale estimates and comes on the 26th day of the film's release.

The film also had the fifth-highest weekend opening in North America by minting $202 million (over 1300crore).

It also became the highest opening weekend grosser for an African-American director in North America.
