Postpone MRPS Bandh: Deputy CM

Hyderabad, Mar 11: The Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister, Kadiyam Srihari appealed to the MRPS to postpone March 13 bandh call in view of Intermediate Public Examinations scheduled on that day.

Speaking with the media persons, the Deputy Minister said that, He urged the students appearing for the first year Chemistry and Commerce examinations on March 13 to prepare well as all arrangements were in place and the exam would be conducted on the day.

"The exam cannot be postponed to April also as Intermediate exam results are to be declared by April 15," he said.

Five lakh of Intermediate students are set to appear for the Chemistry and Commerce exam on March 13 and it could not be postponed because of Ugadi and Sri Rama Navami festivals.
