BJP leader Shot Dead in Ranchi

Ranchi, Mar 11: In a Shocking Incident, A Bharatiya Janata Party leader (BJP) from Lohardaga was on Sunday shot dead in Ranchi. The deceased has been identified as Pankaj Gupta. The attackers shot the BJP leader in his head after which he died on the spot.

Gupta was the district chairperson of the treasury of the BJP in Lohardaga district of Jharkhand.His body was sent for post-mortem.

From this perspective, Expressing grief over Gupta's death, Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das announced that all possible help would be extended to the deceased family.

BJP has strongly condemned the attack and demanded that the accused should soon be arrested.
