Kodandaram gears up for 'Million March'

Hyderabad, Mar 10: The Capital of Telangana, Hyderabad police beefed up security massively across the city, specifically in the area around Tank Bund, as the Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) has called for a 'Million March'.

The "Million March" is started on Saturday to expose the failures of the K.Chandrasekhar Rao government.

Seven years after the Million March rally that shook the state and central governments during the Telangana agitation movement at Tank Bund, another rally is being organised to commemorate the movement in Hyderabad on March 10

The Left parties have supported the JAC's call. However, the city police has denied permission for the rally.

Hyderabad Central zone police imposed restrictions on vehicular movement on Tank Bund.The police have surrounded Kodandaram's house in Secunderabad's Tarnaka area.
