Prabhudeva Mercury teaser Out

Chennai, Mar 07: The teaser of director Karthik Subbaraj's upcoming thriller Mercury was released on March 7 by actor Rana Daggubati on Twitter.

As the makers call it a 'No Language Film', Mercury is a silent film and it will release across the country on Friday the 13th of April.

Karthik Subbaraj's Mercury is a dialogue-free thriller starring Prabhu Deva, Sanath Reddy, Deepak Paramesh, Indhuja and Remya Nambeesan. "In the memory of 84 people who died in this town due to mercury poisoning 1992," reads the text on a tombstone in the teaser.



The horror mixed thriller seems to work on the suspense of being chased in a claustrophobic environment.

The movie seems to be thematically similar to Lights Out and Don't Breathe films but how will he convey the entire story without any dialogue as it is claimed to be a silent film, will be interesting.
