Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy files petition

Vijayawada, Mar 5: The Congress leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy petition in Supreme Court on Andhra Pradesh reorganization act on Monday.

Congress Party leader Poonthulati Sudhakar Reddy today approached the Supreme Court seeking implementation of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. He has filed a petition in this regard.

He also asked the Center to give the instructions to the law to be implemented. His lawyer filed a petition on behalf of Ponguleti.

The petition has includes the Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Governments, Central Economic, Home, Human Resource Development and Water Resources. The Supreme Court of India was heard the petition and ordered to send the copies to opposition and adjourned two weeks.
