Delhi Metro Rail announces slogan writing contest for Women commuters

New Delhi, Feb 27: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has come up with a unique idea to celebrate Women's day. DMRC has announced a slogan writing contest for women commuters.

A six-day article and slogan writing contest exclusively for women, winners of which will be rewarded on March 8 -- the day the event is celebrated globally, the transporter said on Tuesday.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation is organising a six-day 'Article and Slogan Writing Competition' exclusively for its women commuters from February 28-March 5, 2018 to commemorate the International Women's Day which is celebrated every year on March 8 all over the world.

"The topic for the competition is 'Share your experience: when you felt Strong, Safe and Liberated with Delhi Metro'," the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a statement.

Those interested can take part in the contest by submitting their entries -- accepted in Hindi and English-- on the Delhi Metro's website.
