Man arrested for Hyderabad Metro job fraud

Hyderabad, Feb 24: The SR Nagar police booked a cheating case against one Ravichandra, who runs Asian Bright Careers (ABC) consultancy, for cheating job aspirants after promising jobs in the Hyderabad Metro Rail here on Friday.

According to the police, four victims approached them stating they were promised jobs by Ravichandra and his three associates as a cashier, ticket collector and track in-charge in the Hyderabad Metro.

"They collected a total of Rs 5.5 lakh from them, but did not provide the jobs as promised," police said.

Police suspect there could be more victims in the cheating case.
