Tamil Movie Industry to suffer beacuse of Theatre strike

Bangalore Feb 23: In a major Move the South Indian Film Distribution and production Associaton have decided to halt the movie screening from March 2. The decision was taken after the discussions with Digital Service providers such as QUBE, UFO have failed.

Sources said that the DSPs have offered some special package but it was rejected by the film movie producers.The Association has announced that No movie would be displayed across South India from next week and it has a huge impact on Kollywood Industry

Sources said that the impact on this decision on Kollywood Industry would be huge because In Tamil, there about 50 movies that would be released in the next three months, including Vishal’s Irumbu Thirai, Sai Pallavi's Karu, and Rajinikanth's Kaala.

Sources said that There would be A huge loss to Tamil industry if Rajnikanth Kala is delayed because of the higher market value and share value it has in the industry.
