Fire broke out in GHMC office

Hyderabad Feb 6: A fire broke out in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's (GHMC) head office here on Tuesday. The fire was spread in Accounts section of the office.

Sources said that A few files and furniture were gutted. Officials said "no one was injured in the incident. Two fire engines have been pressed into service and officials said the situation was under control."

Mayor Bonthu Rammohan has instructed officials to lodge a police complaint and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident.

The situation is under control now and fire has been dosed off. The reason for fire accident is yet to be known.
