New Delhi Jan 26: President Ram Nath Kovind had addressed the nation on the eve of 69 Republic Day on Thursday.President has Spoken about a 'civic-minded nation ' that disagrees with the views of others without affecting their dignity.
He has said that"disagreement can exist on viewpoints but it can be done mocking fellow citizens' dignity and personal space and there was no need to inconvenience neighbors whether it is while celebrating a festival, resorting to a protest or on any other occasion."
President Kovind has called the citizens as Country's Pillars and said that "Institutions need to maintain the discipline, integrity and limits without compromising on excellence."
He has also spoken about women and said that " families and communities must hear the voices of their daughters and only then the policies and laws to ensure justice to women will be effective."
Finally, President said that "Country needs a relook at education system".
