IPL 11 :Timings of matches revised

Mumbai Jan 23: The IPL governing council had approved some changes to the 11th edition of Indian Premier League which would held from April 7 to May 27.
The Tournament opening and Final match would be held at defending champions Mumbai Indians home ground in Mumbai.The opening ceremony will take place in Mumbai on April 6.
The timings of the matches have also been changed as per broadcaster Star Sports' request. The second game will now begin at 7 pm instead of 8 pm and the first game would now begin at 5.30 pm instead of 4 pm.
IPL Chairman Rajeev Shukla has said that "The broadcaster has requested for change in timings. By and large the GC has accepted it. It gets too late in the night if the game starts at 8 pm".
Kings XI Punjab will play four of their home games in Mohali and three in Indore. The match venues of Rajasthan Royals will be finalized after the Rajasthan High Court's hearing on January 24.
