Mumbai, Jan 22: Bollywood most awaited official trailer "Welcome To New York" starring Sonakshi Sinha, Diljit Dosanjh, Karan Johar, Boman Irani and Lara Dutta has been released here on Today by the filmmakers.
The two-and-half-minute-long trailer opens with Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh’s character, Gabru Hero, mouthing Amjad Khan’s iconic dialogue from Sholay. The Film is a heartfelt, rib-tickling comedy that tells the story of two unlikely youngsters living in India in search of a better life for themselves.
The film is directed by Chakri Toleti. An unexpected trip to New York City sets them off on a comedic adventure that changes their lives forever.
Welcome To New York has been produced by Pooja Films and Wiz Films. The movie will release worldwide on February 23 and is touted as India’s first 3D comedy film.
