India won Blind Cricket World Cup

NewDelhi Jan 21: India has won the Blind Cricket World Cup after beating arch-rivals Pakistan by two wickets in a thrilling final played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in UAE on Saturday.India has chased a huge target of 308 and has won in 48 overs.

Indian players Sunil and skipper Ajay Tiwari have scored big for India and have made sure that team won the world cup. Earlier Pakistan player Badar Munir's scored a half-century and it has scored 307.

India, who are the defending champions, defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in their group match on January 13. PM Modi has also congratulated the Indian team and tweeted "Congratulations to our cricket team for winning the 2018 Blind Cricket World Cup! They make the nation proud and inspire every Indian with their game as well as phenomenal attitude. True champions!"
