Rajasthan,Haryana Govt to reapproach SC to ban Padmavat Movie

Jaipur Jan 20: Even as the Padmavat movie team are getting all hurdles cleared for the release of the film as the film got a green signal from CBFC and Supreme Court but still, the release of the film is not yet confirmed as the Karni Sena are objecting the release of the film.

Recently the SC had lifted the ban ordered by Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana regarding the release of the movie citing law and order problem. The Rajasthan Government and Haryana Government are in view of reappearing in the Supreme court regarding the release of the film.

Government officials have said that they would reapproach the Apex court after consulting the experts on the order issued by the supreme court.

Padmavat is a periodic film directed by Bhansali and is slated to release on Jan 25 and the film stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
