TDP-BJP gap widens as Centre offers minimal support

Amaravati Dec 26: The Year 2017 would be ending next Sunday and the TDP party in the AP had faced some problems in the year. The Gap between TDP and its Ally had increased in 2017.

The lack of support from the central government in various issues such as a release of funds for construction of polavaram project, Ruling out special status for the state and PM Modi has not granted Appointment for AP CM had disappointed the TDP party.

The recent comments made by BJP leaders that we would contest on own and the entry of Pawan Kalyan and his comments against the CM and the exit of Revant Reddy from TTDP effect were felt in party cadre.

However, the party had some boost as some of the MLAs and leaders of the YSRCP had joined the TDP party.

Finally, they feel that the center would help them in 2018 so that the differences between two parties would be settled and both parties would once again work for the development of the state.
