2017 :A Year of power tussle in AIADMK

Chennai Dec 25: The Year 2017 would be ending next Sunday and many twists and turns this year in the ruling AIADMK party of Tamilnadu.

Jallikattu Movement: The ruling AIADMK government didn't expect that many students and Actors would support the bull sport and the government had formed an Ordinance in this regard

Revolt of OPS: In February the Cheif Minister O Pannerselvam has resigned from the chief minister and later revolted against the Sasikala and the power tussle had continued between chinamma
and OPS as the MLAs were trapped in the resort

Arrest of Sasikala: The Supreme Court in February this year had convicted sasikala in the disappropriate case and she was sent to Bengaluru jail.Later E Palaniswamy became the chief minister.

Merger of EPS-OPS: The both factions of the party got merged later this year and the two factions have ousted the Sasikakala and TTV Dinakaran from the party

Finally, on Sunday the Sidelined Leader Has won the RK Nagar bypoll and the power tussle continues.

Let's wait for 2018 whether all the factions of AIADMK would work together for the development or not.
