BJP expands in more states, Won UP and Gujarat elections in 2017

Mumbai Dec 24: The Year 2017 would be ending next Sunday and politically Bharatiya Janata Party was the biggest gainer in this year as they expanded into new areas

The Saffron Party under the leadership of PM Modi and Amitshah has won teh assembly elections of Uttarpardesh, Uttarkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat.

The Party had also formed Governments in Goa and Manipur with the support of independent candidates and other party MLAs.

The Saffron Party had won 312 seats out of 403 seats in UP elections and formed the government after 15 years. The lotus party had also won local civic body elections in Maharastra and Uttar Pradesh.

However, the BJP party had weakened a little bit at the fag end of the year as it had won the Gujarat Assembly elections with a thin margin and got 99 seats out of 82 seats and just 7 seats ahead of magic figure 92.

Currently, the Party had started to focus on Karnataka elections in 2018 and the Party is preparing to strengthen its cadre in the states.Let's wait to know whether BJP would continue its winning streak in the new year .
