Hyderabad Metro works of Ameerpet-Hitech city at brisk pace

Hyderabad Dec 23: The Hyderabad Metro officials have now focussed on the completion of the corridor -3 stretch from Ameerpet-hi-tech city.Sources said that the officials have set a target of June third week, 2018, for completing the trial runs and obtaining Commissioner Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) certification as well.

Currently, works are going brisk pace and work related to entry and exit points for Madhura Nagar Station, Yousufguda Station, Jubilee Hills Check Post Station and Hitec City Stations have already completed.



HMRL Managing Director NVS Reddy said that "Station works at all the locations are in progress and are expected to be completed by February next. At present, works on entry and exit points of Jubilee Hills Road No.5 Station, Peddamma Temple Station, Madhapur Station, and Durgam Cheruvu Station are in full swing and will be completed by March next year."

"Out of the 392 piers, 387 are completed and for balance five piers, foundation work is in progress. All the piers will be completed by next January end" he added.
