Taimur Ali Khan gets a real forest as gift on his first birthday

The kingdom came out with loads of gifts to offer the 'crown prince' Taimur Ali Khan on his first birthday. Taimur got blessings and royal offerings on his birthday but one gift stood out to be special. A forest was gifted to taimur by Rujuta Diwekar, the nutritionist of Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Rujuta shared a post on Instagram on Wednesday, detailing the amazing gift, 'a little forest for Taimur'. The photo shows a big placard bearing the words: 'Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi Forest' in front of rows of recently planted trees and flower beds in a patch of earth.

"A little boy can never have enough of birds, bees and butterflies and so we have put together a small forest as a birthday gift for the little big boy, Taimur, in Sonave," she wrote. Giving more details about the gift, she said it is spread over 1000 sq ft and has a hundred trees, plants, flowers beds and more. "There are 3 jamuns, 1 jackfruit, 1 amla, 40 bananas, 14 moringas, 1 kokum, 1 papaya, 5 seetaphal, 2 ramphals, 2 nimbu trees. Besides these it grows 3 different types of native pulses and many mirchi, ginger, turmeric and kari patta plants. Not to mention the green leafy veggies and the genda phools that grow in between," she added.
