BJP to kickstart Tripura campaign from Dec 27

Tripura Dec 21: BJP had won the Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh and currently it is gearing up for 2018 elections.BJP is planning to kickstart the Campaign for Tripura assembly on the Dec 27.

Sources said that "the BJP will organize 60 rallies in the 60 assembly constituencies of Tripura, and the rallies would be attended by ministers, MPs, MLAs, and office-bearers from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur."

Sunil Deodhar, BJP's Tripura in charge told media that "On December 27, we'll start a campaign for the polls." Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath will campaign in the Tripura polls."

"The BJP has lined up rallies by central ministers in the first week of January.We are trying for a rally either by Prime minister or Amitbhai or Yogiji in the first week of January."

Sources said that PM Modi would address one rally and currently, Left parties are ruling the state.
