Jaitly defends setting of fast-track courts- cases on politicians

Recently opposition parties raised doubts about special court being set up by ruling part to deal with cases against politicians.

Finance minister, Arun Jaitely defended the government move and said that lawmakers should take the lead in setting an example.

Jaitley, who is also the Leader of the House, said, as elected representatives, can law makers say that their trial should be delayed. He asked political parties to rise and set an example.

"You are class apart... you are law makers. You should set the example," he said.
