WTC :Poets,singers bring glory to Telangana Literature

Hyderabad Dec 17: The World Telugu Conference second day was held grandly as several literary giants Scholars, writers and poet laureates from over 40 countries and more than half of the Indian States have participated in the Conference.

Many literates and Telugu laurates have cited valuable rituals from their contributions to the contemporary and modern prose and poetry of Telugu language. Many poets have sung the songs which have impressed the Audience and the delegates present.

Many laureates have participated in Astavadhanams, Sathavadhanams and Brihat Kavi Sammelanams which showcased the glory and rich heritage of Telangana literature in various phases in their historical, cultural and theoretical contexts.

'Brihat Kavi Sammelanam' was also organized during the day and 700 poets and writers have recited the poems of their voluminous works. Many noted poets such as Mandali Swami, Gajjela Kanakaraju, Nuthakki Ravider, Anveshi, Prasanna Kumar, Shankaraiah, Yadaiah were felicitated.
