Parliment Adjourned on First day of winter session

New Delhi Dec 15: The First day of the winter session of parliament was adjourned after the opposition members have disrupted the proceedings in the upper house.

Loksabha: The lower house was adjourned till Monday as a respect to pay to MPs who passed away when the house was not in session.



Rajyasabha: The house saw major disruptions as the opposition parties started shouting slogans against disqualification of rebel JDU MPS Sharad Yadav and Anwar Ali. Congress has demanded that JDU MPS must resign as they broke the MahaghatBandhan and joined NDA.

Many members stormed into well in the afternoon session and the house has been adjourned until 18 DEC. Earlier PM Modi has introduced Cabinet Ministers to both the houses.
