Tamil Vijay in CBSE Book

Chennai, December 15: One of the many things that impressed Thalapathy Vijay fans was the traditional costume which the actor flaunted in his recent outing in 'Mersal'.

Vijay is now part of a teaching aid! The CBSE third class textbook features him next to a description of the Tamil festival Pongal.

Saying that Pongal is the most important festival of Tamil Nadu, the textbook further elaborates that it is a harvest festival celebrated for 3 days in January.

Actor Vijay's photograph shows him dressed in the traditional Tamil attire. This has made cinema lovers and Vijay's fans very happy.

Vijay will next team up with ‘SPYDER’ director AR Murugadoss. The film will be shot from January next. It could hit the screens next Diwali in a big way.
