Prime Minister Narendra Modi 'saddened' by Neeraj Vora's demise

New Delhi, December 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said he was saddened by the death of Bollywood actor Neeraj Vora.

Modi took his twitter handler and said that, "Saddened by the demise of Neeraj Vora. An energetic and creative personality, he will be remembered for his films and warm nature. My thoughts are with his family and admirers in this sad hour," Modi tweeted.



Vora, also a writer and director known for his humorous streak on and off screen, died in Mumbai early on Thursday, months after being comatose, a family member said.

In 2016, Neeraj suffered a heart attack followed by a stroke, post which he went into coma. He will be cremated today at 3 pm in Santacruz.
