Home Guards salaries hiked

Hyderabad, December 13: Chief Minister of Telangana State Chandrashekara Rao on Wednesday showered with boons on Home Guards working across the state with salary hikes along with the announcement of few incentives.

During a meeting held at Pragathi Bhavan with Home Guards, the Chief Minister announced the increase of salary of Home Guards from Rs. 12,000 per month to Rs. 20,000.



The Home Guards will have an increment of Rs. 1,000 per annum. The other incentives and announcements are as on follows:

2BHK houses for Home Guards

Health Insurance for Home Guards and their family members

Besides Rs. 20,000 salary, the Home Guards working with traffic wing will have 30% additional salary
