Telangana Government to recruit 3,943 posts in TVVP

Hyderabad Dec 12: In a move to improve the health sector in the state the Telangana Government has given a nod to create 3,943 posts of healthcare workers for hospitals in Telangana Vaidya Vidhan Parishad (TVVP).
The Finance Department has released a Government Order approving the creation of the additional posts.Currently, 153 hospitals fall under TVVP including six District Hospitals (DH), 31 Area Hospitals (AH), 12 Mother and Child Health (MCH) centers and 104 Community Health Centres.
The posts include
# Doctors: 2,397 posts.
# Staff Nurse: 565
# Head Nurse: 162
# Midwives: 126
# Nursing Superintendent grade I: 28
# Nursing Superintendent grade II: 38
# ANMs: 49
# Other admin and technical Staff: 578
Total: 3943
