Cheating Case filed on Actress Vani Kapoor

Mumbai, December 03: Bollywood Actress Vaani Kapoor who entertained the audience with her debut film in Tollywood Industry Aaha Kalyanam has found herself in a legal tussle, that could possibly involve land mafia.

In this regard, An FIR has been reportedly filed against Vaani Kapoor and her parents for fraudulently selling off a property that has been insecurity on a loan to the bank.

The report mentions that the complainant, Mrs. Renu Tyagi, had been sold this disputed property by Vaani's parents, Shiv and Dimpy Kapoor in 2008. Seven years after owning this property, in 2015, the lady had allegedly realized that the land was already mortgaged to the bank since 2000, prompting her to follow this up with the Kapoors.

When that didn't work out, she filed an FIR against the actress' family for duping her and her husband, requesting the authorities to take strict action against the Kapoors
