Hyderabad Metro issues guidelines

Hyderabad Dec 2: The Hyderabad Metro rail has been open to the public from nov 29 and many people are boarding the trains to experience the trains.Nearly 1.5 lakh passengers have traveled in the train on an average every day in past 3 days.

Officials said that more number of people are expected to travel in the trains in weekends.However for the comfort and to avoid confusion Metro officials have released some guidelines

Travel time

# A Person should board the train within 30 mins after he took token

# People should reach their destination in 3 hours

Fines

# If people spend more than 2 hours they have to pay fine of Rs 10 and maximum Rs 50

# Fine of Rs 50 would be imposed for ticketless travel( which is impossible) and maximum fine additional.

# extra fare would be collected if people travel board at far away destination from desired

Recharge

# The smart cards can be recharged at stations

# The cards can also be recharged using L& T Metro website, Metro rail website and T-savari App and also paytm.

# The card will be delivered to home if booked on T-savari App

# Trains would be operating from 6 am to 10 pm in the night.
