Visakhapatnam, Nov 30: The Andhra University will introduce new courses like MTech, PG Diploma and diploma courses and its Academic Senate which met on Wednesday, gave its nod to it.
MTech programmes in Instrumentation and Cyber Security and Data Analytics in Computer Science System Engineering would be conducted.
Other new courses to be introduced include an 18-month Yoga therapy post-graduate diploma course, and six-month diploma courses in Spanish, Urdu and Arabic languages.
AU Vice-Chancellor Prof. G Nageswara Rao said that the university was also making arrangements for the visit of the President of India on December 7, Vice-President on Dec 9 in connection with the grand alumni meet programme.
