GES: Startup Pitch competition to encourage startups and innovations

Hyderabad Nov 29: The Global Entrepreneurship Summit was inaugurated on Tuesday by PM Modi, US President Ivanka Trump and CM KCR have attended the inaugural event.The second day of the Summit has a wide range of Topics would be discussed and more number of people would address the gathering.

The GES is conducting a competition for 'startups' under the startup pitch competition and the primary selection has already been completed.24 startups which got appreciation from the public
have been selected for semis. The startups have been chosen from following sectors

Health-6, digital economy-6, energy and fuel-6, Media -6 sectors. The startup winners would be rewarded with 4 lakh dollar prizes. Among the 24 startups,8 startups are from India and 8 startups from America and 8 from rest of the globe.

Currently, the semifinal competition is being organized and the startups must explain the judges briefly about their startups and one startup from each field would be selected for finals and in finals, the team would showcase a 90-minute video and the judges would question and the final winner would be declared on Thursday.
