Chennai, November 25: Actor Jyothika's upcoming flick Naachiyaar under the direction of Bala, The films Official teaser has released, in this regard, A case has been filed against actor Jyothika and director Bala over the use of an expletive in the teaser.
The petition was submitted to a magistrate court in Mettupalayam by Rajan, a driver.
The petition alleges that Jyothika, who plays the character of a police official, uses abusive language against a culprit in one shot.
Using such language was punishable under Sections 294 (B) of IPC (uttering obscene words) and 67 of IT Act ( publishing obscene material in electronic form), Rajan said in his petition, filed through his lawyer Rahamuttulah.
