PM Modi urges citizens to adopt healthy lifestyle

New Delhi Nov 14: World Diabetes Day is celebrated today all across the world to bring massive awareness about the disease and its ill effects on the life and urge the people to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged the citizens of the country to lead a healthy life. He took to twitter and shared his thoughts on the subject and attached a audio clip .

PM has tweeted that "Today, on WorldDiabetesDay, let us pledge to lead healthier lives so that we can overcome diabetes. Spoke about the rising occurrence of diabetes among youth during MannKiBaat last month."

In his last monthly address, Mann ki Baat PM has urged the citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle and they should take steps to improve their health and urged the citizens to undertake a blood test to check their health status.He has also urged people to perform yoga so that they can lead a peaceful and happy life.
